It’s Nacho Average Bar & Grill is a family-owned business founded by uncle and niece duo Edgardo Conde and Alexis Conde. The concept was born from their shared passion for great food, sports, and creating a lively community hangout where everyone feels welcome.

The first and only location was established November 3rd, 2025, in Midlothian, Texas, making the start of a new local favorite that celebrated family, flavor, and hometown pride.

Eddie brings experience, guidance, and steady leadership to It’s Nacho Average Bar & Grill; as this is not his first rodeo. He is a proud co-owner of Ale’s Kitchen located in Midlothian. His business sense and commitment to family helped shape the restaurant’s foundation. With love for great food and great company, Eddie ensures every guest enjoys the same warmth and hospitality that inspired the family to start this journey.

Alexis Conde

Alexis brings the creative spark behind It’s Nacho Average Bar & Grill. With a passion for hospitality and design, she’s focused on creating a fun, welcoming space where everyone feels like part of the family. From the décor to the menu, Alexis pours heart and personality to every detail, turning the family's idea into a community hangout full of energy, flavor, and good times.
